Is this lens compatible with a Nikon D750 full frame?

Compatible yes, but it would be a real shame, because the image quality suffers extremely with such a cheap lens. If anything, I would go for the Nikon AF-S 70-300mm, f/4.5-5.6G VR to get a reasonably acceptable quality.
