Is this hard drive also compatible with macOS Catalina? Under specifications it says it is compatible up to 10.12 (Sierra), but that was in 2016... Thank you very much.

Yes, it works fine with Catalina, I need it as a backup medium with Time Machine.

Yes, the hard drive is fully compatible. I have been using it with Catalina for half a year.
