Is this graphics card the Nitro+ RX 480 or the Nitro+ RX 480 OC? The specification corresponds to the OC variant.

Yes, it is the OC version. I bought it recently and it runs great! I think anyway the 8GB version is always OC only the 4GB is not overclocked.
