Is this graphics card intended for gaming and work like CAD? I want to build a PC for both and so far I am thinking about 2 different GPU's (A gaming card and a Quadro P5000). How does this card compare to a P5000 in Revit?

Yes, both are possible. This graphics card is about twice as fast as a P5000.

It depends extremely on the CAD, many CADs run just as well on a gaming card as on the Quadro. Only then it costs half as much.
Vectorworks, for example, can't use the advantages of Quadro... so you'd rather buy a Ti than a Quadro.
