Digitec has correctly listed all hardware-compatible devices for this docking under "compatible notebook models".
Lenovo has a solution with the number pd028011, where it is also described in more detail.

I'm afraid your P50 is unfortunately not included :-(

In my opinion, you need a 230W ThinkPad Workstation Dock for the P50 and P70 series.
