Is this camera not suitable for Windows 11? I have connected it to my Windows 11 computer, which has led to the following problem: The camera is recognised by Windows but does not work. In the device manager, I now see a yellow warning triangle under "Audio, video and game controllers" for all entries, including my headset, which previously had no problems. When I try to update the drivers, Windows reports that they are up to date. The yellow triangles remain even when I unplug the camera cable! The headset no longer works. Does anyone have any idea what I can do?
It works perfectly fine for me on 3 separate Windows 11 machines. Plug'n'play, no drivers required.
What does the warning alert say? Did you plug it directly or into a USB hub? Try it on another computer. You might have a defective device or USB port.
