Question about Philips CorePro LEDtube

Probably the tube used to be class 'A' and now they have tightened the standards and the same tube is now 'E' ?
The fact is that it is brighter than a conventional FL tube and requires half as much power (18W instead of 36W).
All LED tubes that require less power often do not have this light output either.

The advantage of this LED tube is that it doesn't break into thousands of pieces of glass and consumes very little energy. Class A
