Hi, I have no experience with current Pioneer, if you have CarPlay and can connect your Smartphone then Quad Lock eliminates the annoying cable connection and everything connects using Bluetooth technology, I am very enthusiastic about this accessory and can only recommend it. For information I use it on my Citroën C3 AirCross 2023
