Well, my GTX 1060 G1 Gaming Rev 1.0 doesn't beep (thank goodness).
But to the actual answer:
The Rev 1.0 is completely based on the same layout as the GTX 1070 G1 Gaming (PCB, cooling etc.).
Therefore, I expect a slightly better cooling performance / capacity compared to the Rev 2.0.
