Is this AIO for the Ryzen 7 3700X sufficient for normal use? and is it also silent?
That should not be a problem. I had it running on a Ryzen 5 3600xt. But now I've switched to the Arctic Liquid Freezer II 120 because it has much more cooling capacity due to the thicker radiator.
