Is this a celluar ipad? Does 4G always mean celluar? I need the ipad for navigation, i.e. with a GPS receiver. Thanks a lot
Hoi and yes, this is one with a mobile phone function, 4G or LTE. And yes, most of the time 4G also means cellular, but you have to check the text or the specs. LG
