Is there now a new revision of the keyboard on which a round bracket is correctly printed below the 9 key instead of a square one (see my comment)? And is this a warranty case?
The keycaps are now available. Please write a short e-mail with the subject "Suora-CH Keycap" with the postal address to support@roccat.org to get a new keycap for free.
Unfortunately, there is currently no revision with a correctly printed "9" key. We are currently working on producing the appropriate key cap as soon as possible in order to replace it on devices that have already been produced and to provide users who already own the keyboard with a key cap free of charge. If you own a Suora with an incorrectly printed key cap, please contact us at support@roccat.org so that we can send you the key cap as soon as they are available.
Many greetings
Andi
Customer Support at ROCCAT
Roccat and the supplier are working on the production of new 9 keys and will install them in the future. It is not yet known when exactly Suoras with the new 9 keys will be available.
It's only a warranty case if something is defective... so no, it's not a warranty case.
This Roccat Suora keyboard (USB, CH, cable) item no. 5803126 as shown in the photos has the layout German-German. The specifications clearly state "Keyboard layout CH" - this is an error in the specifications. There is no CH. There is Swiss-German and Swiss-French (or a double labelling of the umlaut keys, which is not the case here either).
