Question about Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma

Watch the video and read the description again. In my opinion, this thing is definitely an over-ear. It's actually only listed as on-ear on sites where digitec has a hand in it. There's no mention of it on the manufacturer's site, nor does anyone write in their reviews that it doesn't sit snugly over the ears.
Digitec has once again used its creative freedom and declared it to be something other than what it is.
