Is there anyone who has been able to charge the powerbank with the included solar cells? Or are the people who can't somehow not able to operate the device correctly? With a real 20W solar panel, the battery should be able to be charged in sunshine.

It works for me if I check the two connections from the external panel beforehand. Unfortunately, the magnet is too weak to hold the panel to the base unit when it is moved. If it just lies there and is not moved, it is not a problem.

Well, you can't expect miracles from a solar cell with 7.5W.

07h via USB 2.4A
05h via USB-C (20W)

The 12h via solar are then probably also under the best conditions and constant good alignment to the sun. How often do you have that for 12 hours?
