Is there also an S-ATA III cable in there to connect? I have free slots.

An S-ATA cable is not included. Only SSD no other parts (screws, cables, etc...)
I don't think so, but I can't say for sure. (by the way: the price/GB is much better for those with 500GB, if you can/want to spend 30-40 francs more).
