Is there also a 120V version that runs in the US?

Hello Ursus69

Exciting question, which can be answered as follows:

Basically Is there 120V version=NO, USA running = Yes because the tablet
can be charged with any standard 5 volt USB charger.

You will probably need a travel adapter, as the CH/Euro plug is not compatible with the USA: Digitec Art-Nr 407637

If your original charger does NOT have 100V to 240V listed as the nominal voltage (input or input voltage), you will need a travel charger Digitec Art-Nr 434009. In my opinion, however, this should already be the case with all commercially available USB chargers, i.e. only a travel adapter is necessary.

If I were you, I would get a multiple USB charger (fast charger) with a charging current of 2A for a few dollars directly in the USA, so you can charge more USB devices at the same time. Like this, but not with CH/EU as here, but directly with a US plug: Digitec Art-Nr 6026302

If you are planning a trip around the world, something like this would also work: Digitec item 6374117

Have a good trip !
