Is there a way to replace the fabric pads? The synthetic leather is coming loose on mine.

Hi, if you mean the ear cup pads, I don't think you can get them from the original parts as the G430 is a discontinued model that has been replaced by the g432/g332.
However, there are third party suppliers like:
