Question about BenQ Screenbar Plus
Is there a trick to setting the temperature or is my lamp defective? I press the button - the LED at the temperature symbol is on but when I turn it, nothing happens. It remains cold white. But if I turn it too far to the left, the lamp (in temperature mode) goes out completely. I suppose it's a defect?

That's done! I had to disconnect and reconnect the USB once, then the warm light suddenly worked!
