I haven't found one on the web, so I don't think so. It is very unlikely that Loupedeck works with ACSDee. I myself work with Lightroom.There is a non-creative-cloud full version for 129.- (no subscription fees!).

I'd be interested too, especially because I think ACDSee is cool.
