Is there a PDF programme ex works where you can write to PDF and manage the PDFs? (Analogous to Samsung Notes?) Is there a drawing programme?

There is a programme called Nebo for Lenovo. You can open, edit and save pdf files, and everything can be divided into folders. I'm just getting to know my tablet, I don't know everything yet. And it's my first tablet🙈.
