Is there a GPS receiver in this model?
No, only iPads with cellular have a GPS, but an iPad with WiFi only can use WiFi to find its way around. Good choice, by the way, because I wouldn't recommend the latest 10th generation iPad to anyone, they're no good and far too expensive.
