Is there a good lavalier microphone (e.g. from Rode) that can be connected? According to the manual, it only has XLR connectors and 48V voltage for condenser mic.

You have to buy XLR audio output cable that be connected to the Rode podcast mic. You can only find this cable on Amazon UK store.

In the meantime, I have discovered the "RØDE VXLR Pro" adapter here.
Unfortunately it is very expensive at over 40.-, but it works very well to connect a small lavalier mic with a 3.5mm plug.

I tried it with Fethead and Podmic (Rode) and it worked fine. The only thing I recommend for the battery is a power bank rather than the battery compartment.
