Hello, I don't think so, the ssd speed will reach its limits before the usb 3.0 :) so it won't change much
Of course this will impact the transfer rate speed, a USB 3.0 port will reach a maximum speed of 600MB/s whereas a 3.1 port will reach 1.2GB/s which is double!
