Is there a difference in terms of the term "showroom" as there is a difference in price to the one that does not have the term "showroom"?

No, the "showroom" simply means that you can also view this product in the Digitec store on site. Of course, the product delivered is brand new and in its original packaging.
As for the price difference, I found two iPads, one with this one and the other with 4G (mobile), hence the price difference.
