No, you have to buy one yourself for the processor socket "AM4".
Funny, I could have sworn that both the digitec article description and the AMD website said that a cooler was included. Well, they're probably mistaken^^
As far as I know, the 1600 comes with a Wraith-Spire cooler, whereas the 1600*X* doesn't come with a cooler.
