Is there a Bluetooth dongle for the headphones or how can the device be connected to a Smart TV, for example?

The headphones are equipped with Bluetooth by default. Many Smart TVs also already have Bluetooth, but this can often only be used for the remote control and not with the headphones. Check the manual of your Smart TV.
