Question about Apple iPhone 7

Hi, After reading in some forums I got to know that iPhones have warranty only in the country they are bought. Other than iPhones like MacBook etc have international warranty.

Normally, the warranty (1 year typically) for Apple products is valid worldwide irrespective of where you purchased the product. However, Digitec gives a two year warranty but I do not know whether the two year warranty is available outside Switzerland.
