Question about Dodocool Dp13

I assume you are referring to the Power Delivery function to charge the laptop via USB-C from the powerbank?
At least on my Dell XPS 15 9560 this works, although its power bank asks for more than the 65W provided by PD. However, the only effect seems to be that under extreme CPU/GPU loads, the charging current provided is not sufficient to actually fully charge the battery.
