Is the starter for the LED tube light included in the product?

No, this tube is not designed for a conventional ballast (CCG). That is why it is not included.
This one is for an electronic ballast.
Simply look for a tube for conventional ballast. There is usually a starter included. Apart from that, a starter for LED tubes is only a bridge (short circuit).
Unfortunately, the Digitec filters here are once again absolutely unusable, so there is no suggestion from me, sorry.
Otherwise budgetlight.ch (with usable filters)
