I assume that you mean the measuring device for calibration. It depends on the calibration software. You will need ColorNavigator 7.

The CS2740 is a brilliant monitor for image editing. I have two of them and a third CX271 (one of my old monitors). The ColorNavigator 7 is a bit bitchy because of the different resolution of the new and the old monitor. But you can get around the software problems.
