Is the Sandisk suitable for gaming? Or would a built-in one be more suitable?

It is perfectly possible to save the games on this external hard drive. However, this can lead to errors with individual games. But these are the fewest. Make sure that the hard disk is formatted to NFTS and not to Fat32. To avoid errors, however, I would recommend a permanently installed one.
