Is the response time between touch and pc low/reliable? This would be for hand note taking during lessons, some drawing (not necessary to have the force of pressure).

If we refer to the reviews and other tests available online, its response time seems to be good. However, this monitor is not equipped with an HDMI input (a port that is necessary for the use of response time measurement tools). So we don't have a precise figure for this.
