Is the product here the Mi 10 Pro, currently ranked #1 on DXO Mobile? I'm confused by the "Note" in the name.

No. The name is already correct internationally. There is a Mi Note 10 Pro and a Mi Pro 10, but on DXO this is the Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro. -> https://www.dxomark.com/xiaomi-mi-...

The Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro will be launched for Europe on 27 March 2020.

According to unconfirmed reports, only the Mi10 will be released on 27 March. The Mi10pro will not be released in western markets until further notice. The Mi10 unfortunately has a somewhat simpler camera sensor and no 5G.
