If you want to return a product, it must be in perfect condition, this is the case with every seller. It is also necessary that you return all the accessories that came with the product, as digitec has to resell the product, which would not be possible if you kept half of the accessories.
Generally, digitec is very generous with their return policy, but unfortunately you have to return the product as you received it.
