Is the microphone compatible with the PS4? So the normal PS4, no Slim or Pro and if so is it worth it and does it work well?

It will probably be compatible, but I wouldn't recommend it as I don't think it sounds as good as other microphones without the Blue Voice software. If you only need it for console I would recommend the HyperX Quadcast.
