Is the lens compatible with the Olympus OM-D M5 Mark II? Especially the image stabilisation of the lens. And do you get the cash-back even if you don't have a Panasonic camera?

Yes, the lens works without problems with the OM-D M5.
The image stabilisation also works and complements that of the Olympus. It can also be switched off directly on the lens.
The cashback is for the product you buy - not for the products you own or don't own 😉 so yes.
