There is a slight bug with teams, at least for me. When you mute, a beep sounds in the headset every 10 seconds. The bug can be fixed by pressing the + and - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.

I still have an Intel-based MacBook Pro. Since the connection is made via Bluetooth, it should also work with an M1 and in parallel it is also connected to my iPhone 13 Pro, i.e. multipairing works perfectly! I use it mainly for teams and zoom calls and am totally thrilled.
