Question about ASUS GeForce RTX 4070 TUF GAMING OC

GHZ are important for the GPU, but not more important than XYZ. The most important thing is the interaction of all attributes. GHz, vRAM, PCI version, manufacturer would justifiably include some of them. A calculator has about 10 MHz.
For a 4 GHz 8 cores CPU: 200 * 8 calculators. Normal RAM approx. 5 KIB? 8 GB would be ~200k calculators. Without guarantee. Can be off by 1, 2 or 500,000 :-)

That's a typo, it should be 2GHz or 2040 MHz
