Car charging cable is included (the following is listed in the specifications: USB cable, battery, car charging cable, motorbike holder and mounting kit, motorbike connection cable).
Protective cover is not included - and, since it is explicitly a motorbike navigation device, no suction cup mount for the car is included either.
It's been a while since I asked this question, but here's my answer to help prospective buyers.
I have just ordered the navigation system. It comes with a suction cup mount for the car.
