Is the electrical socket on the motor that lowers the screen a Swiss socket? Or do you need an adapter?

Digitec is obliged to supply electrical equipment with a Swiss plug. If the device is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable must be provided if the power cable is plugged in or, if the power cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter.

If the appliance is not equipped with a suitable plug, please contact customer service and insist on a free cable or adapter.
