Hello,
The MacBook is partially compatible with the docking station. Everything will work, but if you use 2 external monitors, both monitors will show the same picture (they will be cloned) - this is because macOS does not support MST technology.
If you want to use 2 external monitors, I would recommend getting a Thunderbolt3 docking station or docking station based on Displaylink technology.
