Is the CS2740 compatible with the new MacBook Air M1? Everywhere you read about certain limitations of the MacBook with some monitors.

I own the new Macbook Pro M1, which runs without problems. The Air should actually work there too.
The USB C connection of the monitor simply has to be plugged directly into the Mac, it doesn't work (for me) via a hub etc.

The monitor runs smoothly for me via a Satechi Hub with HDMI and on power with a Mac Book Pro.
