Yes, when it has no load (the devices are charged) it hisses quietly.
To be honest, I would have expected more from Belkin.
The charging station is absolutely silent for me, but I am over 40 years old and cannot hear the high frequencies that children and teenagers are supposed to be able to hear.
No (so not mine), I use them when I'm travelling and I usually have them on the bedside table in my hotel room.
No. But I have never listened to the charger in such a quiet environment.
I always have the appliance connected to the power supply in the bedroom. Regardless of whether it is loaded or not, the appliance makes no noise.
