Is the card slot a hybrid slot - i.e. is it possible to use the phone alternately with a sim card and memory card and with two sim cards?

Exactly! The card slot can be fitted with a maximum of either one nano-sim card AND one memory card OR with two nano-sim cards.

Yes it is possible.2 Remove the Nano-Sim card and insert the SD memory card.
