Is the cable to connect the Quest to the PC included or do I have to buy it separately?
A cable is included which can be used as such. However, it is too small for this. The long Oculus USB-C cable is not included. You can use any long USB-C cable, but Oculus recommends theirs. (There may be third party manufacturers with fast long cables that work well).
The cable must be purchased and is not included in the scope of delivery.
