When I switch between the colours of the appliance, the product specification also changes from slow juicer to centrifugal juicer - is this a mistake or are they really different models?

What about the plug: CH or DE (with adapter, so that nothing else can be plugged in next to it)?

This model is the J300 (the other colour variants are also a different model J700).

Braun declares the appliance to be a Spin Juicer (I will have it customised) and writes: 
"Thanks to the innovative combination of Braun's FastXtract and ColdXtract technology, which ensures that the maximum amount of vitamins from fruit and vegetables is retained, you can now get your morning vitamin kick in less than 15 seconds."

The appliance will most likely be supplied with a Schuko plug, a suitable adapter is included.
