Question about Wheel Stand Pro Deluxe V2 for T300RS/TX/TMX/T150

Is the bracket for mounting the switch unit (to the right of the steering wheel in the pictures) also included or is that an optional accessory? If included: can I also mount the Logitech side console for LS / ETS / etc. on it?
