Yes, the Sony WH-CH720N is equipped with an active noise reduction (ANC) system that you can activate or deactivate at any time using the NC/AMB button on the left earpiece or from the Sony Headphones Connect application.

The headphones have ANC and you can switch it off. However, the ANC is quite moderate.
