Is that the OC version from ASUS (STRIX-GTX970-DC2OC-4GD5) or do they only make this version anyway?

Yes, it is the DC2OC, Asus does not offer another Strix GTX970. The manufacturer number given by Digitec (90YV07F0-M0NA00) also shows in a Google search that it must be the DC2OC, even if not explicitly stated by Digitec.
