Sli is not possible with this graphics card because, according to Nvidia, instead of sli with this card you should simply take the next most expensive one, i.e. the 1060 or, if you have the money, the 1070/1080.

SLI not directly, but you can do a Bridgeless-Multi-GPU-Setting with DirectX12, but this is supported (or poorly optimised) by quite few games at the moment, so I would go for a 1060/1070.

No, the SLI connection is not possible with this graphics card.
